Our Programme is open to anyone aged over 55 years old who is currently retired or looking to retire.
Our Programme is conducted in English. Group discussions and activities are a critical part of our course; therefore, we suggest that participants have a conversational knowledge of English. After each session, you can view our video documentaries and use the option to slow-down, pause or replay the videos.
You will need continuous access to the internet and simply click on links to our platforms as required. There is no need to download any additional software, nor install any additional equipment.
We recommend that you use a laptop or computer with a screen large enough for you to participate in session discussions and communicate with your peers effectively.
Our Programme has been designed for those with limited technical experience in mind. We use software that ensures a simple and seamless online learning experience. Our facilitator will guide and support you throughout.
